DESCRIPTION
Thyme Inn on Greenway is situated in the prestigious Greenway Woods Resort, 2 kilometers from White River, Mpumalanga and adjacent to the prestigious White River Country Estate. Thyme Inn on Greenway is part of a family- friendly resort set amidst indigenous trees and luscious lawns, exuding tranquility and peace.
Under new management, all units are now privately owned and managed, however guests may enjoy all facilities of the Resort.  These include two restaurants, bar, swimming pool and play area for children.
Conveniently located between Nelspruit and the Kruger National Park, White River houses a community of artists, farmers and nature lovers, along with those wishing to escape city life. A firm favorite to visit for locals and tourists alike is Casterbridge – formerly a mango plantation. This relaxed attractive lifestyle center is filled with wonderful shops and restaurants – definitely a must-see. Restaurants in the area include, Oliver’s Restaurant; Picasso’s Mexican dining; Magnolia Restaurant; Spur and many more. Once a month, White River hosts the Bagdad Farmers Market – This market is a coming together of the locals who sell their wares which include homemade preserves; fresh produce, homemade Gin, and various other delectable goodies. White River is also famous for the Panorama Cycle tour which is held in April each year. Hundreds of cyclists from all over the Country converge on the town to give of their best in this competitive cycle tour.
OUR ROOMS AND RATES
Thyme Inn on Greenwaycomprises 8 separate, en suite bedrooms. Six standard rooms with either king or twin configuration and two Exclusive rooms with King bed, sleeper couch (can sleep 2 children under 12 years sharing – maximum 2 children in the room), with small lounge area. All rooms are en suite with shower, basin and toilet. Each room opens up onto a small veranda.
The rooms are in close proximity to each other and therefore ideal for family or friends. Each room has a TV with limited bouquet, tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge and hair dryer. All rooms are air conditioned.
Please note that the rooms do not have facilities for self catering.

MIDWEEK SPECIAL
Monday to Thursday (inclusive). Valid until 15th December 2020. Minimum 2 night stay
Standard rooms – R495 per room per night
King room – R600 per room per night
Breakfast is NOT included and the rooms are not self-catering.
2020 AND 2021
Standard rooms – R650 per room per night
Exclusive (Family) rooms – R800 per room per night.  Plus (R100 per child under 12 years – maximum 2 children)
PEAK SEASON – 15TH DECEMBER 2020 TO 5TH JANUARY 2021
Standard rooms – R780 per room per night
Exclusive (Family) rooms – R960 per room per night.  Plus (R150 per child under 12 years – maximum 2 children)
Our rates for 2021 are as follows:
2 Standard double rooms (Sleep 2 people in a double bed) – R750 per room per night
4 Standard twin rooms (Sleeps 2 people on two single beds) – R750 per room per night
2 King/Family room (sleeps 2 adults in a king bed and 1-2 children under 12years on the sleeper couch) – R890 per room per night plus R110 for the child
Rates do not include Breakfast however the Resort serves breakfast daily at an additional cost of R160 per person. There are however many great restaurants in town which is only 2 minutes away. Our rooms are not self-catering. They have a small bar fridge and a tea/coffee station.
