Our Story
Avid coffee drinker and renowned chef Jamie Watt has spent decades in the restaurant industry where sourcing and serving top quality coffee has been a mainstay. But frequent inconsistencies in flavour profiles despite buying top quality led him to seek a coffee supplier that could not only better control the quality, but speak to fair trade principles.
Smaller, family-owned farms where the coffee was grown, roasted and supplied to the market was the answer. This offers greater control over the beans, ensuring a satisfying drinking experience time and time again.

Our beverage menu has an interesting variety of delicious coffee’s, teas, frappes, smoothies & milkshakes.
And our food menu offers freshly made sandwiches & wraps, breakfast buns, home-made pies, baked goods such as muffins & cinnamon buns, and also a healthier alternative with a choice of fresh salads.
